pak47 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through multiple payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.
All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without pak47's prior written consent.
pak47 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. pak47 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon termination of your Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any real-money balance remaining in your wallet may be subject to withholding pending investigation. If no breach is found following investigation, the balance will be paid out to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds are always forfeited upon termination for cause.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the pak47 support team via live chat. Any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pak47's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pak47 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through pak47's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. pak47 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
If the dispute is not resolved through the internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body recognised under applicable international gaming standards.
